I’m a big fan of recycling; I always steal other people’s jokes. I’m pretty sure my girlfriend is recycled too – certainly she’s been through the wash a few times but that’s another story. When it comes to earrings, I love those that are weird, ironic, pseudo-cool. Although I have plenty of ‘classic’ sparkly drop earrings, the one’s I like best are those that take something very unexpected and use it in a unique way.

So it was great to find this site – Tiffany Tomato. Now, she’s relocated her site to Replayground.com (great name by the way), but the earrings I’m gonna feature aren’t found on the new website, only the old one. I’m sure if you ask nicely though they can help. The ethos, perfect for these calorie-conscious times, is on re-using and re-adapting existing materials in a new way. There’s a particular focus on food, which is is nice ‘cos I’m feeling a bit hungry, and these earrings are both fashionable and nutritious!
